About me
Hi! I’m Ash. I’m a registered Osteopath and a Diploma-qualified Pilates instructor.
I have a passion for working with those identifying as women, helping them with their common health presentations.
I have a passion for empowering women in their own individual health journeys. I understand what it can be like to find a practitioner who will listen and take into account your own story.
I have endometriosis, and understand the complex nature of the condition. I enjoy working with clients to manage their symptoms and improve their wellbeing.
I also enjoy working with many conditions under the women’s health umbrella, including period pain, pelvic pain, pregnancy, post-natal rehabilitation, and much more. With my Pilates degree accompanying my Osteopathy degree, I have an in-depth understanding of the body’s mechanics, and therefore how dysfunction in one area can contribute to pain in another area.
